Had the same problem with some 277 white nylon from Superior thread....call ed and told them my problem...they sent two spooles....same deal breaking...I knew for a fact it wasn't my 205=370 Adler doing it so one more phone call , two more pounds of thread ...no more problem....they where real good to do business with and said it was just a bad batch of thread....so give them a call...
