Empty-nester currently not seeking any hot hook-ups in my neighborhood. As an amateur songwriter guitarist, I took up making guitar straps for myself back around 2010. I wanted to make wider, longer and more comfy ones, and online acquaintances started asking me to make straps For them too. Was a side hustle for about 8 years while I worked in advertising, but I eventually got laid off due to Covid, so I did the unthinkable: turn my fun hobby into a job, which I did in early 2020. Still at it, very fulfilling if not financially lucrative... and I get to use my advertising chops for myself for once!
