  1. wow that is beautiful.
  2. The sides are Python skin Dyed red and backed with leather . Then I laced them together. The inner pockets are laced on .The linings pattern glows in the dark...

  4. this is my forth vest and i used a pattern from a vest that was made for me years ago.best thing i can say is use something that is a good fit for u as a pattern.

  8. thanx for the info but ,how do i slick or burn the edge,do i rub quickly or in one direction,i am trying a piece of maple,can;t get it to work either.

  11. I am fairly new to leatherworking and am having a hard time burnishing.Not sure exactly how to do, or what to use?Hardwood or someone told me to use a piece of antler?
  12. I am new at leatherwork also but have dyed some python skin and sealed it ,it looks great and so far wearing well.
