My Singer 132ksv18 is equipped with an Old Singer Electric Transmitter ( Clutch motor ) . How old is this one and is it worth cleaning and replacing the ball bearings? It runs smoothly , without strange sounds .

I know this because the old man told me . The shuttle hook is a Singer 103116 type. But it was/is like de SV machines are ! Different. I can only tell what he told me . Probably there are more parts in this machine (extra) hardened !? 2 original Singer 132k versions shuttle hooks/ Bobbin cases . Slightly different from what you can see with no glasses

This 132ksv18 has also a special hardened shuttle hook . Totally different machine than my 132k6 with walkingfoot .

You really need to push on this lever . But it works very good . Spring in picture (with yellow arrow) is strong .

A Whannahave this type Not very often it comes on your path as a for sale . And than I mean here in the Netherlands. So when this happens you need to be quick in acting I have 2 now . 1 132K6 and recently a 132ksv18 . The 18 is equipped with a wonderfully reverse lever . The old man i bought it from was sewing Horseblankets and other Horse related items like leather straps en Saddle repairs . Are there weak spots in these heavy type Singers ?

I have a Singer 132KSV18 model with roller foot . The first owner replaced the original foot with this one . There are some differences with my 132k6 ! First what I noticed , a reverse lever on this machine . No walking foot and maybe some more different thing's that I'm not aware of . Somebody know? Serial. EV 893061

Because I recently bought a Huge Singer 132k6 and was looking for info , this forum came up on my screen and I never got it out of my head haha . The Dutch can learn from it .something like this is never gonna happen in my Country. I want to learn sewing Canvas, leather and more . This on machines like a Singer 132k6 and another one. This another one is a Singer 132Ksv18 with reverse and roller Foot . This machine will arrive in 2 weeks. A new hobby and learning from the beginning !
