Members miker Posted October 11, 2022 Members Report Posted October 11, 2022 Hello everybody! Does anyone have any manual for this machine?I was told that it's a Global LP 943 (Minerva) machine Quote
Members Constabulary Posted October 11, 2022 Members Report Posted October 11, 2022 (edited) Global was probably the seller / distributor of this machine but not the manufacturer. They also sell used machines. I would assume a Minerva 72401, 72405 or something in between. EDIT: kinda like this one (scroll down): https://maszynyobuwnicze.wordpress.com/maszyny-szyjace-2/ Edited October 11, 2022 by Constabulary Quote
CowboyBob Posted October 12, 2022 Report Posted October 12, 2022 @miker It looks like this manual should work for you. CB8810_oper_man.pdf Quote

Members miker Posted October 15, 2022 Author Members Report Posted October 15, 2022 I am back again! In the picture, there is an Allen key on the machine. By turning this key you change the stitch length. Now as you use the machine, this knob is slowly turning to max size. Is there a way to tighten somehow the knob movement? The manual CowboyBob suggests have a different mechanism for stitch control Quote

I'd first tighten the 3 screws on the round plate. If that makes no difference, or they're already tight, remove them and see if there is another screw under the cover to lock down the adjuster screw. Quote

Members Constabulary Posted October 15, 2022 Members Report Posted October 15, 2022 (edited) I would tilt back the machine and check what the allen key is doing... EDIT: You can download parts lists here. Maybe they help you to figure the function. https://rexel-com-pl.translate.goog/content/33-katalogi-minerva?_x_tr_sl=auto&_x_tr_tl=de&_x_tr_hl=de&_x_tr_pto=wapp Edited October 15, 2022 by Constabulary Quote

Members Constabulary Posted October 15, 2022 Members Report Posted October 15, 2022 (edited) see above post, I just edited it. Maybe the parts lists help to figure the function. Or maybe the REXEL Co. can provide a manual. I´d check with them. This is from a list I downloaded Edited October 15, 2022 by Constabulary Quote
Members Constabulary Posted October 15, 2022 Members Report Posted October 15, 2022 (edited) I found something: You have to loosen Screw D before you adjust the stitch length and tighten again when done. Edited October 15, 2022 by Constabulary Quote
Members miker Posted October 17, 2022 Author Members Report Posted October 17, 2022 Thanks!!! I think we never loosed the middle screw to change the stitch so i guess the screw is worn out and requires a new one! Quote
