Drac Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 okay, so here's me first wallet ever. just finished it. I know where I boo-booed and why, but I figure not too shabby for me first one. interior sewn on a kenmore home machine, edging sewn on a boss. main material is garment leather. enjoy the laugh! TomSwede Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 Hey man, that looks way cool! The design and elegance of that skull is veery nice. Looks like KK might get competition in the future. Tom Quote

SCOUTER Posted February 14, 2008 Report Posted February 14, 2008 Drac, I like it! Was it hard sewing around the skull? How did you keep the stitching so even all the way around the skull with the Kenmore? Quote
Drac Posted February 14, 2008 Author Report Posted February 14, 2008 warren danke! I probably will since I'm stubborn like that. *L* spider this one would've pretty much been there if I hadn't gotten in a hurry and had the craft tape. silly me couldn't wait. I'm just a tad (read a whole LOT) impatient. scouter I cheated. turned the knob on the end of the machine by hand. I dunno what it's called. I just call it the knob on the end of the machine. it's been several months since I've sewn anything so I was too rusty to do that part with power. then again, even if I wasn't rusty I probably still would've done it like that since I'm not that good at sewing anyway other than very very very basic stuffses.
