Members ChristopherC Posted March 10, 2024 Members Report Posted March 10, 2024 I like to make knives and leather sheaths. This is a Loveless design drop point hunter with a 3” hollow ground blade made of 1084 carbon steel, and green micarta canvas handle scales. The sheath is veg tanned 10oz leather sheath stitched on a Randall model R with 554 polyester bonded thread. I like pronounced thick thread. I angle the belt loop to index the sheath slightly forward at the bottom on my belt to prevent it catching when sitting down. Ive been wearing it every day for the last 8 months. It’s holding up well so far Quote

Members MarshalWill Posted March 10, 2024 Members Report Posted March 10, 2024 Looks good. That would also make a good cross-draw configuration. Welcome to the forum. Quote
