So I got these and I'm stuck on how to make them into a wallet/ I see noway to sew those flaps to a piece of leather .

Yeah I would like to see pictures of the wallet insert you are using. So I don't look like a dummy or recommend the wrong thing to do. Lmao.

I dont see a wayg to sew them on so it works

I took one and cut the flaps off and just glued directly to leather. But not sure if the glue is enough and will hold up over time.

sure you can pull tabs to outside but that doubles the with of the wallet.

Bend the tabs in their middles and stitch the outside of the tabs to your leather case so they are the same width as the insert body. This will create an extra slot at each end of the insert the same width as the other slots that also expand.

Should there be a pocket (or two, or a couple of straps) for the tabs to go into? Or, glue as suggested, then glue +/or stitch a thin leather piece (match or contrast, or a lining of some sort) over where the flaps are glued to cover that area, and it would as suggested above, create another pocket at each end.

I messed up the 2 inserts I had , I ordered a couple more to see if I cam make a decent wallet.waiting mode now LOL :crazy:

Yep gatogordo done it like I would have. I bet you could even machine sew if you like.
