I have a son of a friend and his buddy that have just finished EMT training and they are on they're way.  I have been wanting to make a radio bucket and strap but had trouble finding a pattern. Hello Chuck Dorset from Weaver leather supply! They have a 2 part video on a first responder radio bucket and strap with a FREE downloadable pattern. I made one for each of them from some black vegtan I got from some place a while back. They came out pretty nice.  Both were thrilled. I can see that I will be using 5/6 veg tan for the bucket and 2 layers of 4/5 sewn together for the strap in the future. But, I am very happy with the pattern.  Thanks Chuck!

Gotta love Dorset. I dunno where I would be without his videos and guidance. One of the best sources of knowledge available on the tube.

Looks nice. I'm sure they'll be proud to use them.
