That was pretty good. Made me hungry for lamb chops too.

I've seen this and thought it was really funny. How amazing that the dogs and herders had such good control of the sheep!

there is a gentleman here that does "herding demos" with ducks instead of sheep --- the dogs are VERY well trained

(sometimes so are the ducks - one year the ducks knew the pattern so will that the dog just laid in the middle of the ring and barked at them and they ran the pattern - smart dogs those border collies) "Daddy" was not real happy with the dog.....

Thats about the time he started bringing more than one set of ducks. no go here and see what other silly people do with sheep......

Thanks Suze! I love watching dogs work sheep like that, even when it's "commercialized". It never ceases to amaze me. I've actually seen dogs herding ducks, both in PA at the Celtic Classic in Bethlehem, and here in Radford at Highlander Days.

I loved the "fireworks" display at the end--- especially when they sent the dog out with a little spot on it''s butt.....

I have a friend whose new husband is a sheep herder outside of Edinburgh, Scotland. I'm going to send this to him to see if he can do better.

Funny as heck though
