I was wondering what the thought would be on adding a spot where we could give kudos to people, there's lots of times folks share patterens or give a member a needed tool or some other thing, and it would be kind of nice to thank them on the big board, also you could add a place for members to give a little short on how they got to were they are and how they were helped.

Hi Josh,

Just my own opinion (i.e, not sure what the rest of the staff thinks...), but I think Leatherwork Conversation might be the place for those types of topics.

How about a subforum

I agree with Kate

personally I would rather see the template, pattern section dedicated to just that- patterns and templates/designs and nothing else.

I go nuts sometimes trying to remember who put what where when they don't post their neat designs in this section.

I think that the kudos have been shown enough in the original postings not requiring another sub chapter.

just my opinion

Folks- we already have that. Go to someone's profile and leave a comment. "Hey, friend, thanks for sending me that tool!" Or "You did a great job on that skull and crossbones". That's what the comment section is for. You can say "Hey everybody, friend here volunteered to teach 500 kids leatherwork and I just wanted everyone to know how proud and pleased those kids were!" Brag on your friends- most of them are too modest to do it themselves.
