JRLeather2 Posted March 11, 2008 Report Posted March 11, 2008 (edited) The handle was a belt from Goodwill and the leather is from an old Lazyboy recliner I picked up on Craigslist for free.... Edited March 11, 2008 by Jeffzilla Quote

TomSwede Posted March 12, 2008 Report Posted March 12, 2008 Nice job! I say like the character from a Swedish childrens book, -There are no junk, just old stuff to be used in new ways! I've done the same thing with a bag once but no new parts and assembly, just some tooling. Maybe I'll post some day, just to darn lazy I am. Hope others will follow, it would be fun with a show off thread where people could show their recycled stuff. Tom Quote
JRLeather2 Posted March 12, 2008 Author Report Posted March 12, 2008 I get a lot of really nice buckles from our local Goodwill store for a buck. then some of the belts get turned into handbag handles or parts of hair barrettes. Quote
Members Spider Posted March 12, 2008 Members Report Posted March 12, 2008 Hey Jeff, I like it. I do the same with belts and buckles. I buy good looking bags and put one of my skulls on them. Make'm pretty you know. Good looking bag bro. Quote
