A 2inch belt is really a strap - but the customer is always right.

Just wondering but why is that considered a strap? I thought belts use to be 2" or larger and current (last hundred or so years) they have migrated to smaller and smaller belts both for "style" and savings for the manufacturer.

Sorry for the play on words. I just meant that a 2" belt in todays society in considered a WIDE belt. And thus I refered to it as a strap. Not too many belt loops, that I am aware of, will accommodate a 2" belt. But again, the customer is always right.
