Kevin King Posted December 27, 2010 Author Report Posted December 27, 2010 LOL! How did you get the cracks in the leather? Very cool looking. I'm really not sure which part of the beating caused the cracks. That's my favorite part too. Quote
Members mugwump Posted December 28, 2010 Members Report Posted December 28, 2010 (edited) kevin, like most (well, all) of the stuff you post, i like what what you did with the finish... it looks absolutely great.... one question though (as always,hehehe...) did you line it with fabric? and if 'yes', did you have the fabric made/printed up? or did you do it yourself? take care, hope you hade a great x-mas, and have a happy new year! eric Edited December 28, 2010 by mugwump Quote
Kevin King Posted December 28, 2010 Author Report Posted December 28, 2010 Ya, I have the linings made locally. I have started putting either my logo lining or one-off custom linings in all of my pieces. Quote

I wantone, Iwantone,Iwantone!!! Kevin I have no idea how he did it, but I have an idea that it this effect was created by heat, chemicals, and some physical pounding. I am thinking peroxide. I am going to try it when I get some scrap leather. Quote
