ArtS Posted January 11, 2008 Report Posted January 11, 2008 If you need smaller tools check this site out. They use them to make miniature saddles. ArtS http://www.riorondo.com/ I've never been to Autria either, just in the neighboring countrys, Germany, Switzerland and Italy. Sweds have i general a habbit of travelling a lot:-)Well, now the snow is gone for the third time but more is on the way...The weather here is almost just the same as in Stockholm where I grew up...Just the summers is muggier here and hotter. I can strongly recommend the Scandinavian summer, around 75, no mugginess and the sun is up between 3am to 10.30pm. and it never really gets dark in June/July. However, we do pay dearly for it in the wiinter, then in some areas is only a few hours of daylight/day. For your friends cross I would suggest a 4 strand round braid in kangaroo. It's way eisier than it looks once you "get it" and quick. Start out with a quarter of an inch leather straps for practice, then you can see how the braid works..."Easy as apple pie" Hi steve and Thanks, glad you like'm. Naw...I think I use the same tools as the rest of you? :-) I just wish I could find some of them in smaller versions...I fiddle a lot *S* Have a great evening Quote Art Schwab "You cannot teach a man anything. Members LadyJ Posted April 12, 2008 Members Report Posted April 12, 2008 WOW! So where is the unedited adult version? and how does one send Johanna a PM, whatever that is? hahahah -- I feel like I am missing something on the "locked" message group.I too am amazed by the color, Tina. Is it "in" the leather like a dye? or more "on" the leather like a paint? Does it peel if the leather is bent? I was thinking about the durability of the color for tack like headstalls. some of those patterns would certainly add a new twist for the show circuit. :spoton:WOW! To PM Johanna, just click on "My Controls" (upper right-hand corner of this page), then click on "compose new message" (left-hand side of that page). Under "recipient's name" type "Johanna". Then, in the message box, just ask her to unlock the adult board and you should be all set. We look forward to seeing your work ^__^ Quote For all sad words of tongue or pen, the saddest are these: It might have been --John Greenleaf Whittier
Moderator Art Posted April 13, 2008 Moderator Report Posted April 13, 2008 Hi LadyJ, There is an adult section, however not unmoderated. I have not had to edit anything so far, but there are lines that folks can't cross. I draw the line at kiddie porn or anything in purely bad taste, however I am very very tolerant and enjoy a healthy adult imagination. Art WOW! Hi LadyJ, Well You have to get Johannas user up somewhere, click on the right on her user, select "send message" , or you can go directly to my webpage www.absolutekinky.com all things is up there:-) I can use either paint or dyes. On the collars I use dye as much as possible (durablility) and then paint ment for letaher (Agelius) so they can be bent left right and centre without peeling. These patterns can of course be made on anything, I just thought they looked cool on the collars and sometime paddles. Have a great day//Tina Quote "He who works with his hands is a laborer.
