The "Sheridan Style Carving" book by Bob Likewise and Clinton Fey has several sheridan belt patterns. Can be purchased at Tandy's and many other supply companies. If you are interested in sheridan carving, this book is the Holy Grail

Take a look on eBay. There are some new books offered there by various sellers. Ray Pohja's book is one to look for. Here is a link http://cgi.ebay.com/Western-Leather-Belt-Patterns-Ray-Pohja-/260580128120?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3cabc93578

For something that uses the same techniques but are even more varied patterns, check out Peter Main's "Australian Leather Carving". he has a number of belt tooling designs in there, among other things, that focus on Aussie flora and fauna. You can get it from him directly: http://www.petermain.com under the publications section.
