McCellean_Saddle.bmpBarra, thanks for the info. if it is 1 1/4 x1 1/4 it might work.

as you see on the photo this is where the will be placed.

this is not the saddle i am working on, but one similar to it. I want to keep the riggin at the swell and cantle

like the original.

i do know that the older saddles did not have the dee's in them.
