Cunning use of the ropestamp close to the stitching grove, when viewed with the normal eye it looks like the stitching continues up over the flap wich gives a better overall look (I think). I agree with Alex and Luke on the enclosure and like to add for myself that often I get hung up over how hard it is to find the right hardware for these things and forget the obvious. Is it lined, if not is it dyed on the inside, wondering how it's black on the inside. I realy like the pouch. Can't wait to see the next one. Great for insperation ! Quote
Members singteck Posted June 20, 2008 Author Members Report Posted June 20, 2008 Thank you. The inside is dyed black. Here's another version in brown. Made this to try out my new airbrush set up. The whole pouch was hand dyed using a brush with tan dye and then the middle section airbrushed with brown dye. The airbrush uses 1% of the normal dye amount to cover the surfaces evenly. But there is hardly any penetration. That's why I still hand dyed it and used the airbrush for special effect. singteck Quote
