Thanks for your comments! This is very fun project to do. There are more on their way.

Looks nice. One question though, what happens to the "lid" of the pocket watch???

Watch from the photo was only for photo :D All watches I make those straps for are open without the lid.

The strap is open on one end. The watch snaps inside. If you look at the back view of the strap, the stitching only goes up halfway, so it leaves an opening in case you want to use a different watch or clean it etc.

Those are gorgeous, love the first most of all with the contrasting stitching.

I have an idea what I want to do, now I just have to figure out how.

These look VERY nice! Such a great idea. And yeah, how DO you get the watch in? Is that a Chicago screw for the rivet? But I'm confused as it looks to be stitched down...
