This is the first one I made, so there's quite a few things I might change, but overall it's a decent bag.

The customer wanted longer handles, so the wife could shoulder carry it, but to me, they're a bit long for the size of the bag...whatever Lola wants....

There's a helluva lot of engineering in bags, so to just whip one out like this was a bit difficult, but the next ones will go easier, and probably look somewhat different.

It's a pull up leather from Zack White's.

Fine looking Bag. I like the way you did the welts on the end seams.

Luke, welting is easy if you remember to sandwich it in before you sew....lol

Very nice little duffel design. I need some serious practice with welting myself. The only thing I might change in the next ones is move the handles to the other side of the buckles if customers want them long enough to shoulder carry. That might make the length look a bit more in proportion.
