Members Josh Ashman Posted May 8, 2013 Members Report Posted May 8, 2013 Here are pictures of a clip on IWB and a pancake OWB I built this week for a full frame 1911. Thanks for looking, Josh Quote
Members paris3200 Posted May 8, 2013 Members Report Posted May 8, 2013 They both look good. I really like the pancake. Nice job on the molding. Quote
Members keplerts Posted May 8, 2013 Members Report Posted May 8, 2013 Wow, Josh, your leather work is really, really nice! I liked your saddle but your holster work is fantastic! How do you mold the pistol outline on the holster? Do you use a press? Thanks, Tom Quote
Members Josh Ashman Posted May 8, 2013 Author Members Report Posted May 8, 2013 Thanks George, Paris & Tom! My molding is all thumbs until I can see the lines enough to use a tool to "press" them in. For tools I use the smooth faced little CS Osborne leatherworking hammer and a modeling spoon. Thanks again, Josh Quote
Members EagleScout79 Posted May 9, 2013 Members Report Posted May 9, 2013 LOVE the hide-side-out on the fourth one... is that a copper belt clip? Quote
Members Josh Ashman Posted May 9, 2013 Author Members Report Posted May 9, 2013 Thanks again! Eagle Scout, I'm afraid it's just the light on a regular stainless clip. A copper clip would be pretty cool! Best regards, Josh Quote
