Southpawpoet Posted August 9, 2014 Report Posted August 9, 2014 Thanks for the links. They are very helpful. Quote
Members irishsuperfly Posted September 10, 2014 Members Report Posted September 10, 2014 I know this is an older topic but wanted to say thanks!! I'm totally new to leather working and Eleonore Bang's book has been so helpful! The information is great and I love that it was written so long ago but still applies. Several things she explains were terms/techniques I wasn't 100% sure I understood. Can't wait to check out the other links. Quote
Members bohocowboy Posted December 10, 2014 Members Report Posted December 10, 2014 I am sure I will injoy reading all of this material. Thank you so very much. Quote

Members LeatherworkingNovice Posted December 5, 2018 Members Report Posted December 5, 2018 I've updated all the links to the current links at ARCHIVE.org http://archive.org It's a great site with tons of info on tons of things. More about that at the bottom. The links posted take you to a virtual book view but from that view there are links to various formats including PDF and plain text. Obviously no images/graphics in the plain text but it will allow you to search for desired terms easier. Since the links go to virtual books, if you "flip" too far back to the left, you may have to flip several pages to the right to get back to the actual content. LEATHERCRAFT FOR AMATEURS - ELEONORE E. Members WeekendHobby Posted December 22, 2018 Members Report Posted December 22, 2018 FWIW, the original site seems to have moved - the links might work at archive.org For example - the first link is broken: http://ia700302.us.archive.org/16/items/leathercraftfora006855mbp/leathercraftfora006855mbp.pdf but this link works. So far I've been able to get all the books this way. https://archive.org/details/leathercraftfora006855mbp Quote
NVLeatherWorx Posted December 22, 2018 Report Posted December 22, 2018 Considering that this post originated over 5 and a half years ago that is no surprise. Should kind of expect such things to happen. Quote Richard Hardie R. P. Hardie Leather Co. R. P. Hardie Leather Co. - OnlineR. P. Hardie Leather Co on Facebook
