Members nautical172000 Posted August 22, 2013 Members Report Posted August 22, 2013 (edited) Hello all leatherworkers, I was recently asked by a fellow member id I had a pattern for a backpack I made. So after putting it together for him I thought I should also share with the community. It's not a full size pattern, it is drawn on 1/4 inch grid paper so it will have to scaled up. I also added my construction process/instructions with the pattern. I hope it makes since. Let me know what you think. Here is a picture of the backpack I made. Members WinterBear Posted August 22, 2013 Members Report Posted August 22, 2013 Thanks for the great pattern. I've been wanting to make something like this to carry camera gear at the camps. Quote I used to be an Eagle, a good ol' Eagle too...

Members CountryStyle Posted January 10, 2014 Members Report Posted January 10, 2014 I probably won't try to make this bag but wanted to say thank you for sharing. It's a big deal when someone goes out of their way to help others understand how things are made and constructed. I have only been working with leather for about 2 years now and have just recently put together a briefcase. However, the turmoil and reluctance to do so was pretty painful, simply because I really didn't know how to go about putting one together. This will help a lot of folks. Quote God is Great!
