Not sure how you define good. I have a couple I will look around and see if I can dig them up. Also Al stohlmans book Making cases I think it might be volume 3 has instructions and pattern for scoped rifle scabbard. There is also one in the May June 2010 Leather Crafters and Saddlers Journal.

A large portion of Stohlman's third volume on case making is dedicated to gun scabbards and bags for a wide variety of guns. As usual I think it's better to look there as it teaches you how to develop and adapt patterns to your specific need rather than hoping to find exactly what you need already designed.

Volume 3 is quite good in that regard, though many require wooden forms.

Tandy also sells a "stand alone" pattern set that is quite good.
