What a great looking bag, Ed. Steps the Maverick up a hundred notches.

Be prepared to have to make thousands of them.

I love it. Thats almost identical to the idea for a bag I want to make. I want mine to be alittle thinner though. Man I like that. What weight leather did you use? I I was thinking about using a leather of about 4 to 5 ounce. Would that be ok? And again, I love it. Nice color too.

I think 4/5 oz leather would be ok.

My standard Maverick is 17" x 12". This was a special request of 14.5" x 11". It weighs about 5.5 lbs.Ed

Congratulations! A really nice looking bag. My late father used to specialise in making brief cases and I'm sure he would have liked yours a lot. I have made the odd brief case myself, in the past, so I can appreciate the work you must have put into making it!

i think this is one that is posted on the walden bag facebook pics. i didn't realize it was 14.5" x 11. very cool. i'd like to talk about getting one. it looks like it's a very close two tone and i like that variation a lot. is this observation correct? this is one great bag. i'm saving this url for references. thanks for sharing.
