Members JRCHolsters Posted January 25, 2014 Members Report Posted January 25, 2014 (edited) Just thought I would post up some pics of a set that was shipped out today. The bodies of the holster, mag pouch and belt are all black Horsehide, trimmed out in Wildebeest. So far, I think Wildebeest has to be one of my favorite exotics. Hope you like the set. Members Eaglestroker Posted January 25, 2014 Members Report Posted January 25, 2014 Nice work, and interesting overlay on your belt. That Wildebeast is very attractive! Quote
Members benlilly1 Posted January 25, 2014 Members Report Posted January 25, 2014 The wildebeest is beautiful and very nicely done! Quote
Members camano ridge Posted January 25, 2014 Members Report Posted January 25, 2014 Great holster and mag holder. Where did you get your Wildebeast? Quote
Members JRCHolsters Posted January 25, 2014 Author Members Report Posted January 25, 2014 Thanks! Glad you all enjoyed it. I got the Wildebeest from John Fong. I get all of my exotics from him now. Quote
Frank Posted January 25, 2014 Report Posted January 25, 2014 Very cool rig. That really sets it off. Very nice. Quote
Members phil7153 Posted January 26, 2014 Members Report Posted January 26, 2014 I have never seen wildebeest before, it is simply stunning. Nice work! Now I have to get some for myself. Quote
Members TexasJack Posted January 26, 2014 Members Report Posted January 26, 2014 Yeah, unusual choice, but it worked out really well! Good job! Quote
Members Shooter McGavin Posted January 26, 2014 Members Report Posted January 26, 2014 Very nice work! Quote
Members JRCHolsters Posted January 26, 2014 Author Members Report Posted January 26, 2014 Thanks! It really is very exotic looking. I wasn't quite sure what i thought of it when I fist saw the hide, now I really like it. Quote
Members Countryboy976 Posted February 11, 2014 Members Report Posted February 11, 2014 I'm not trying to take away from your work in any way. It looks awesome but that's not wildebeest hide. That's cape Buffalo. You can tell by the distinct grain pattern. Wildebeest looks almost like bison but thinner. Quote
Members longtooth Posted February 11, 2014 Members Report Posted February 11, 2014 Beautiful work. Shame, if not mistaken they are IWB. Nice stitches also. Quote
