This bag is made from black Bison and brown buffalo leather, the art I burn into the leather, strap is made from a salvaged belt. All hand made and hand sewn. Enjoy.

Thanks Rohn, I appreciate that. Looking for other forums that people actually ask to buy from you. If you know of any, I would like to here about them.

I guess I can't help you with that. I'd also like a good place to sell my holsters.

Ha ha, that's the problem with leatherworking forums -- if you're already making, why would you buy from someone else? Not that I wouldn't like to. I've seen several things I'd love to have, including your bison bags. But I can barely afford to buy leather -- my time doesn't cost me anything, so I just try to make something based on the things I like.

I've heard craft fairs are really good places to sell leather things. People will supposedly spend a lot more if they see it in person than online. Unfortunately, I don't have a weekend to spare for it.

Nice bag, by the way!

Great looking bag Gamber, just one thing to keep in mind though if you start promoting your work with this sort of artwork and want to sell it you might want to look into copyright and trademark law as you might run the risk of an infringement at some time.

There is one forum I've heard of for selling leather stuff, I'm not a member though so I'm not sure how it exactly works might be worth checking out though http://supertalk.superfuture.com/

Your bag would also fit in with the style the custom denim jeans kiddies like so you might want to do some searching for those kind of forums as well.

Your correct about that and this bag would not be one of which I would sell to the public, I make many different bags. Thank you for the heads up though.

Any of you ever tried the for sale section on the SomethingAwful.com forums. The Leatherworking forum on there is what got me into leatherworking, and a guy on there that does holsters sales them within a day or two of putting them up for sale. There's a pretty big gun/rifle etc... forum on there, and the guys with wheelguns will pay a lot of money for western gunbelts and holsters.

The name of the forums sounds bad I know, but there's actually not much on there that would offend.
