Members GamberLeathercrafter Posted June 4, 2014 Members Report Posted June 4, 2014 I made this tool pouch from dark brown Bison for my neighbor, he's a locksmith. All his coworkers want one now. It can be worn on the shoulder or clip onto the belt. Quote
Tree Reaper Posted June 4, 2014 Report Posted June 4, 2014 Nice work! You can buy escutcheons for decoration and rivet them on. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Brass-Art-Nouveau-Deco-Drawer-Wide-Keyhole-Escutcheon-Furniture-Hardware-2-5-B-/221455334763?pt=Architectural_Garden&hash=item338fc43d6b Quote
Members Wild Bill46 Posted June 4, 2014 Members Report Posted June 4, 2014 Your work is really neat and clean looking. Sometime ago, I started into locksmithing, glad I gave it up for the most part, Technology being what it is today, this is a fast paced craft, Just trying to keep up with combinations and card readers, electronic this electrical that, etc. I'm glad to be into Leatherworking instead ! all that being said, I like your idea enough, I'm gonna make myself a pouch for my picking tools, (I still have my tools, I need to pick a lock every now and then.) Thanks for the idea. Quote
Members MonicaJacobson Posted June 4, 2014 Members Report Posted June 4, 2014 I really like that, nice work! P.S. Wild Bill, we need to learn how to pick our own locks for the next time I lock us out of the house. Quote

Its OK I guess ?? for its intended use and the gifted stained leather used. however I'm not too happy with it, actually. Pictures when I can get camera batteries and take some ! But I can bring you my pick set Monica whenever you say ! Quote
