Just like one of my musical heros I appear to be living in the past :)

A piece for the same chap that commissioned the scriveners case.

A simple traditional design with an antiqued Tudor Rose emblem dyed in then stiffened with wax.

Very nice looking!! I love the bracer!

Smooth, try a larger hole and some round leather thong. It will help. Also go with as few holes as possible, space them out so you use fewer holes like Mike did here.

My first set had a hole every half inch and it takes me 15 minutes to lace each one!!!

Great looking work, I need to make one for what I take the compound bow out shooting. I caught my arm once and looked like I had a baseball underneath my skin lol.

I'm telling you, dude -- SPIRAL LACING. Then you just need to loosen it to get it on and off, and you only have one end to fiddle with.

A fine looking bracer!!

I like to round of my corners a bit.

I also really like to put the bottom lacing holes as close to the bottomedge as possible because in my experience the bracer will push down on your hand at bit if they are higher in position and may disturb the hands movement (depending on the wearers mentaility off course).

Good job not only on the bracer but also the photo setup.
