Best I have done so far stitched with .8 ritza tiger thread.
What do you guys think?

overall looks good but how far in from the edge is the stitching? look like it's in quite a way. Also, it would make it look more finished if you burnished the edges

Their in about 4 mil and tried burnishing on another piece and it did not work with the oil tanned leather.

I'd probably have gone with about 2mm (1/8") in from the edge.

haven't worked with oil tanned so not sure what change you would need to do

If you can't burnish, that's where the edge paint comes in. I'd make a recommendation, but I'm still trying to find one I like so I've been sticking with leathers that burnish well :)

you can also roll the edges. I do this when I work with chrome tanned leather.
