Pyxie Report post Posted November 16, 2015 Fully Lined, not a straight line seam on it. Shaped to hug the hip and to open towards you. My new EDC bag. P

rickdroid Report post Posted November 16, 2015 That is really sharp, very cool design. If you dont mind, what leather did you use and how much did it take? rick
MonicaJacobson Report post Posted November 17, 2015 Cool. I'd like to see how that actually works when you're wearing it. Did you sew it by hand?

LederRudi Report post Posted November 18, 2015 (edited) I like it a lot, design, leather and execution! Very inspiring! A duffelbag will probably be my next project: a gymbag for my wife. But I'll avoid the excess work that the hiphugging asymmetry must have caused. Edited November 18, 2015 by LederRudi

Pyxie Report post Posted November 18, 2015 (edited) Thanks Guys. It is about iteration 8. I got the curves in cardboard first. It is 1.5mm brown waxed leather from Midgelys Cheddar. Called "Crazyjack" I think. The light brown effect on it is caused by the 1/2 hour it took to turn it inside out after sewing. It is machine sewn. I attach a pic of it on my hip and one of a shotgun case I hand stitched because hand stitching is real leather work opps Edited November 18, 2015 by Pyxie
MonicaJacobson Report post Posted November 18, 2015 Cool, both cases are sweet. Coaxing a leather sewing machine seems to be an art all in itself.
