Members macimago Posted April 19, 2016 Members Report Posted April 19, 2016 I remember seeing once an applicator that looked like a knurled rod that spun on a pen mount. Does anyone have a good resource where I can find one? Thanks all Quote

Members macimago Posted April 20, 2016 Author Members Report Posted April 20, 2016 Thank you all, the one I saw looked more like a rod than the cone that Tandy offers. BTW, have anyone tried these? I was wondering if they work or they are worth it. Quote
Contributing Member Ferg Posted April 21, 2016 Contributing Member Report Posted April 21, 2016 I have the flat blade and the cone shape from Tandy. They both work well and take a little "Finesse" to make a great edge, without Heating the edge afterward. Ferg Quote
Members Gregspitz Posted April 21, 2016 Members Report Posted April 21, 2016 the one that RMLeathersupply and Fineleatherworking sell is the best..very nice product and works very well and should last forever https://www.rmleathersupply.com/products/edge-paint-roller Quote

Members Colt W Knight Posted May 2, 2016 Members Report Posted May 2, 2016 I would highly recommend this tool https://www.tandyleather.com/en/product/table-top-edge-dyeing-roller Quote
Contributing Member Ferg Posted May 2, 2016 Contributing Member Report Posted May 2, 2016 I now have three tools for edge painting. Flat blade: Not bad, highest learning curve. Tandy roller: Awkward Straight roller from RM: Perfect. Seldom get any paint running over edge. Able to apply a heavier coating per application. Ferg Quote
