Another Order the went out..... Herman Oak tooled.... Customer wanted it in black. Black washes out the tooling so I added a little extra color to the flower centers to make them pop

Really nice work! What did you use to resist the black?

I didn't use a resist.... started with the center color and worked out with paint brush and then worked in with the black on a paint brush......using multi coats to blend the colors together.

I missed this when it first posted.  All I have to say is Wow! Very, very nice job of carving and coloring. I don't know much about holsters, but I'd darn sure wear that one!
