Members Treed Posted June 27, 2016 Members Report Posted June 27, 2016 Another Order the went out..... Herman Oak tooled.... Customer wanted it in black. Black washes out the tooling so I added a little extra color to the flower centers to make them pop Quote
Members Josh Ashman Posted June 27, 2016 Members Report Posted June 27, 2016 Really nice work! What did you use to resist the black? Quote
Members Treed Posted June 27, 2016 Author Members Report Posted June 27, 2016 I didn't use a resist.... started with the center color and worked out with paint brush and then worked in with the black on a paint brush......using multi coats to blend the colors together. Quote
Members SLP Posted June 28, 2016 Members Report Posted June 28, 2016 That's incredible! I love it! Forgive my ignorance, but are the dimples on the cartridge loops purely decorative? Quote

Members dikman Posted July 3, 2016 Members Report Posted July 3, 2016 Yeah, that is very impressive work. (Too much bling for my liking, I'd feel embarrassed wearing a rig like that ). Quote
