Very nice work.

i don't do bows so I must ask.

what is the purpose of the bow quiver?

i thought a quiver was to hold arrows.

It's a bow holster.

Wicked color contrast. Love it.

I'm not paying 80 bucks for a belt!!! It's a strip of leather. How hard could it be? 4 years and 3 grand later.... I have a belt I can finally live with.

Stitching is like gravy, it's only great if you make it every day.

Thank you!:) It was a handy accessary, when the enemies came close.
The turanic "tribes" were mostly archers, horsearchers in the battlefield, so that was they first weapon. When a fight gone messy they put the bow to this holster and able to grab a shield and a one handed weapon or shortern polearm.

My next project is a full armour. I hope i can show soon how this technique works.

Definitely is a quiver. I was just answering grandpajoel's question.

That is fantastic!  I was debating on whether or not I should make one since I'm making some sorry attempts at horseback archery, and I think I'm going to have to take the plunge.
