This is MAKR round wallet 

I've been checking

serafil, Gutermann, Vinymo MBT was not

Twist is uniform and

looks like the end of molten fibers

maybe... chemical Bonding thread?

What's the name of thread?

Does anyone know this?

I use Maine Thread and it doesn't look like anything I've gotten from them. Chances are it's commercial only and something for a heavy duty machine if it's a mass produced wallet

I have no idea what it is, I haven't tried maine thread but I bought this from ebay, it look similar...haven't receive it yet so can't recommend but here you go:

Yes it described as twisted but the one on the wallet look twisted to me too.

By the way, is twisted considered not as good a braided?

The thread in the pictures is Z-twist (left hand to us old timers) machine thread.  It is not extremely high quality as it is laid a little loose.  It is most likely Nylon or Poly (melting). It is bonded as most everything now is.

What does the term "bonded" mean when referring to thread?  Someone please clue me in.
