Members Dwight Posted August 9, 2016 Members Report Posted August 9, 2016 Got an opportunity to do something VERY different. It was fun. It's a front pocket / badge holder / card carrier / wallet. It was a real experience, and was fun. Hope you all enjoy it. May God bless, Dwight Quote If you can breathe, . . . thank God. If you can read, . . . thank a teacher. Members builderofstuff Posted August 9, 2016 Members Report Posted August 9, 2016 Very cool! I just borrowed a badge holder from a friend so I could work up some patterns. Where did you get your blank badge? That would be handy to have. Chris Quote Just a man, a shop, and a long list of unfinished projects..... My Website My Etsy Shop

Chris It used to be a blank sheet of galvanized steel, . . . took it to my band saw, . . . knocked off the corners, . . . put it on the sander, . . . filed down the rough edges. Probably won't make any good collars with it, . . . but it worked out well for this job. There are actually a ton of different shaped ones out there, . . . would never have guessed it until I went on Ebay, . . . looking for a fake badge, . . . WOO-hoo, . . .
