Mark Peters Report post Posted October 13, 2016 Recently picked up a reproduction 1851 Navy (1973 Lyman Arms/Armi San Paolo S.r.l). Started with the Jim SImmon's pinned pattern and extended the backside. I did not attempt the toe plug. I think I learned a couple things in the process and hope to take another try at it soon. Red Bear Haraldsson Report post Posted October 14, 2016 Ooh, isn't she terribly pretty? I love the design on the body, how was it done? Groover or just a swivel knife? Well done indeed!
Mark Peters Report post Posted October 15, 2016 Thank you. The design is made with a groover.

Lizardo Report post Posted March 17, 2017 I have that same pistol and a matching 1860 Army. I really like the holster, it compliments the pistol nicely.
dikman Report post Posted March 19, 2017 Now that's different (bit like a modern art design on an olde-style holster). Looks good.
