I got tried of leaving my coffee cup on assorted tables at the farmers market so decided it was time to free up the hands and make a drink sling. I also wanted a project to try copper riveting for the first time. Made it with a shoulder strap and optional belt loop carry.

Pattern drawn on my CAD system and prototype first out of craft foam which I am pretty sure is something I read about on this forum.

While designed for my coffee cup I am very certain it will be more than suitable for a variety of beverage container. Lawn mowing will be a better experience this summer.

Incorporate an I phone case and card wallet into that contraption and I bet you got yourself a big seller.

Looks great.

I'm not paying 80 bucks for a belt!!! It's a strip of leather. How hard could it be? 4 years and 3 grand later.... I have a belt I can finally live with.

Stitching is like gravy, it's only great if you make it every day.

Yep bikermutt07. A couple more d-loops to clip stuff too and it becomes an an accessorized cup holder. Sort of a bag without the bag. There seems to be a trend toward minimalist carry. That may work.

It's the solution to the man purse. If there is no flap and you can hang a beer on it, it's not a purse.

Make'em in black and call them the "tactical koozie".

TaDAA!!!

Add a pouch for knife and a tactical pen and the "man-purse" will be no more.

In less than 24 hours this went from a lawn mowing accessory to an all out lifesaver perfect for carrying on a plane and keeping your trouserly flotsam and jetsam within easy reach!

And now I must make one. Mine will end up weighing 15 pounds and looking like I drug it through a landfill with all the junk hanging off of it but TSA won't have to open up my bag to sniff around anymore. :Lighten: Slick design WRLC and thanks for the idea mutt!

That's what we're here for. Mine will have a life preserver and a parachute.

Open carry in it's truest form. Just remember no liquids at the security counter. I really looking forward to the Weaponized/Survivor Koozie Forum.
