Thanks so much for posting this book johanna. It is so hard to find good bootmaking books these days.

I'm no bootmaker, but that was kind of interesting, I might want to give that one a whirl

Great Book. Love Free "E" Books!

Got any on Holsters? cool.gif

Seriously, I'm thinking of adding another Hard-Drive to contain my ever-growing virtual library...

Now if I could just read and concentrate like I could forty years ago...

Thanks; this book is going to help me tremendously when I start to re-sole my cheapo boots .... Now I can keep the uppers and put all new running gear underneath - kinda like a frame-up restoration/upgrade! I may have to find someone to translate some of it though, some of those old tool names aren't used anymore from what I've seen!

Does anybody still have this and are willing to share? I'd love to get a copy of this.

Also if anybody knows where to get some lasts for a decent price please know, I'm always looking for good deals on shoe making tools.

Thanks, BD

Sorry to ask in such an old thread, but I would be interested in a copy of this book as well. You can never have too much information about leather work.

Thanks!

I don't have the author's permission to make the bootmaking book available, so that's why it isn't here. Sorry guys!
