garypl Report post Posted November 26, 2017 It’s made to sit at the top of a gun rack - we have gun racks all around our shotgun courses with cutouts at the top to rest your barrel. I sew a piece of thin lead inside the rear of the leather to weight it down and just slide the rest into the slot so it protects the barrel!
