I can’t seem to find any creaser that makes a crease that wide and that sharp. I’ve looked at bone creasers, adjustable creasers and those metal creasers that come in different sizes but I’m not sure how wide the crease will be with those. I need a crease about 1,5 mm (1/16th inch).

I’ve also looked at those that cut a crease for sewing but not sure what works.

I suspect that was done with a roller embossing machine such as Tandy used to sell.

You could always make one if your handy

Yeah, those look like they could work. I just need to find one that makes 1,5mm creases starting at 1,5mm from the edge.

If the piece is straight put a piece of wood along the edge then take another piece that isnt as high and thats 1.5mm thick and space the tool over

I found a spoon that has the handle in the correct thickness and used a ruler to make the line. I got a line that looks similar but not very deep. I'm thinking I need to do this with a heated tool or some kind of press machine that can add a bit of more force.

This leather belt is very hard.

Those are sometimes called a "beader", due to the raised bead between the lines. Your picture looks like a square depression, though.

Yeah, it’s not a beader. Looked those up, those lines look different from what I want. I looked up creasers and those seem to do what I want. The example picture is not quite what I want but similar.

I think the first reply in the thread was what I was after so thanks for helping out guys :)
