Sledzep01 Report post Posted February 1, 2018 You need 2 of these. https://www.ruland.com/MSC-15-F.html And 1 of these https://www.zoro.com/tb-woods-standard-v-belt-pulley-595-od-ak611/i/G6637970/ Goes on like magic, no modification at all. 1 minute ago, Sledzep01 said: You need 2 of these. https://www.ruland.com/MSC-15-F.html And 1 of these https://www.zoro.com/tb-woods-standard-v-belt-pulley-595-od-ak611/i/G6637970/ Goes on like magic, no modification at all. Constabulary Report post Posted February 1, 2018 Are you sure you have used a pulley with 1" bore on your machine? Is there a sleeve on the shaft? Just checking because usually machines of this class rather have a 3/8" shaft or so.

I think he used the shaft collar, in his first link, as a sleeve - It had a 15mm bore and 25mm OD - Pretty close fit for a 1" bore pulley. Oops ! - It looks like already answered - Sorry Edited February 1, 2018 by trash treasure
Constabulary Report post Posted February 1, 2018 (edited) my gad - haven´t noticed the measures of the collars / adjustment rings - just thought they are for holding the pulley in place. Edited February 1, 2018 by Constabulary
Uwe Report post Posted February 1, 2018 Clever solution. I suppose a second picture that shows how these pieces are nested and actually fit on the shaft would allow people to reconstruct what you did. I'm sure it's all clear and obvious in your mind, but that one picture doesn't really illustrate the story well.
Uwe Report post Posted February 1, 2018 (edited) I needed to figure out how to make a CAD animation and this seemed like a good practice piece: Edited February 1, 2018 by Uwe

Anyone with a 241 can be running the 6 inch pulley in a week. Is there a list of machines where this shaft would be the same size? It would work for them too. I mean beyond the -11, -12. -13. Sledzep01 Report post Posted February 2, 2018 Also I did have to file down 1 of the set screws in the collars, only 1 goes into the keyway, so the other is a little tall. Sled
