Just been looking up 3D printing of metal objects and it looks like they can make up the parts required in either Stainless steel or normal steel which may well be the quickest and cheapest way to go with a few made at the same time

I would guess your parts could be scanned into a cad package to produce the data required

The time and materials cost will probably exceed that of having them milled and finished at a machine shop.
