Members Clintock Posted September 9, 2018 Members Report Posted September 9, 2018 Friend asked for a simple guitar strap with no adjustments for his les Paul. No adjustments?? Sure I can do it. Reckon that guarantees no one will “borrow” his strap. Before the holes were punched. 7/8 oz Wickett craig lined with 4/5 Wickett craig split sewn with cb3200. Just nfo and tan coat for finish. Quote
Rockoboy Posted September 9, 2018 Report Posted September 9, 2018 Very smooth. Nice job. bikermutt07 Posted September 11, 2018 Report Posted September 11, 2018 They say in the cooking world if you go simple it better be right. I think you nailed it. Really beautiful. Quote I'm not paying 80 bucks for a belt!!! It's a strip of leather. How hard could it be? 4 years and 3 grand later.... I have a belt I can finally live with. Stitching is like gravy, it's only great if you make it every day. From Texas but in Bossier City, Louisiana.
Members Tex Posted January 15, 2019 Members Report Posted January 15, 2019 Sharp clean strap. I like the different letters. Great job. Quote
Contributing Member JLSleather Posted January 15, 2019 Contributing Member Report Posted January 15, 2019 That IS simple. Looks good, though! Quote "Observation is 9/10 of the law." IF what you do is something that ANYBODY can do, then don't be surprised when ANYBODY does.
