I'm an old sheath maker from Texas and I hope to be able to learn something and maybe help a few folks as well with my limited experience. I've been at this leather stuff since 1951, and I've enjoyed every minute of it.

Welcome to the forum Paul.

We are always happy to see new faces, and are always happier when they post pics...lol.

I'm sure you will be an added benifit with your years of expereince.

I have noticed an abundance of sheath makers showing up in the past few days.

Welcome, welcome. come on in and find a seat or stand at the bar if you like.

With 56 years of leather work , i REALLY look forward to seeing some of your work and hearing what tips you have to offer. Where is Kerrville ? I'm in Royce City, TX which is about 30 or so miles east of Dallas.

Kerrville is 15 miles West of Comfort on Hwy 10....it's HILL COUNTRY!!!

I was born in Comfort...I guess that's why I'm so lazy now.... :head_hurts_kr:
