Where do I purchase these hinges? (Juki LU-563)

Have a JUKI LU-563 and would like to purchase (2) of the hinges that bolt to the Juki base and then allow the machine to pivot.  Not sure what they are called or where to buy them.

Also on the bobbin threading unit there is a lever that I have no idea what it's purpose is...can any help?

Those holes are for narrow plug-in pivots. Industrial sewing machine dealers sell them. Contact Toledo Industrial Sewing Machines, one of our supporting dealers. They have all kinds of head pivot blocks and other replacement parts for most makes and models.

Thanks for the response already found a set on ebay for $9.89 delivered...description....TABLE HINGE SET - SMALL OLD STYLE...still would like to know the function of that lever on the bobbin winder.

That lever is for the belt guard.
