I want to smooth out the fuzzy side of my veg tan leather using tokonole and a glass slicker, but I also want to wet form the leather.  If I do the slicking down first, would I still be able to wet form the leather?  If I wet form first, I'm not going to be able to get to the parts I want to smooth out.

Any suggestions?

Best advice ever.  Pertains to all things.

Tokonole does contain some wax.
