Members DrmCa Posted October 25, 2021 Members Report Posted October 25, 2021 I am in need of a metric needle plate for my Mitsubishi DB and Juki DDL. College Sewing has them, but they ship with DHL which would cost a whooping 35 pounds. Within the UK, it only costs 4.50. According to Royal Mail's web site, it would be between 5.70 and 8 more, from the UK to Canada. Would any of you, in the UK, agree to forward the plate to me in Canada? Quote Machines: Mitsubishi DB-130 single needle, Kansai Special RX-9803/UTC coverstitch, Union Special 56300F chainstitch, Pfaff 335-17 cylinder arm walking foot, Bonis Type A fur machine, Huji 43-6 patcher, Singer 99 hand cranked, Juki DDL-553 single needle (for sale)

Members Constabulary Posted October 25, 2021 Members Report Posted October 25, 2021 (edited) often times the needle plates of the plain industrial straight stitcher are the same (Singer standard I´d say) so maybe there are other models that use the same needle plate. Not necessarily Pfaff but many others do. Not a really rare par I´d say and available everywhere. DDL Needle Plates On Ebay Or are you looking for something special? Members DrmCa Posted October 25, 2021 Author Members Report Posted October 25, 2021 Needle plates are dime a dozen. It only matters, with which units they are engraved Quote Machines: Mitsubishi DB-130 single needle, Kansai Special RX-9803/UTC coverstitch, Union Special 56300F chainstitch, Pfaff 335-17 cylinder arm walking foot, Bonis Type A fur machine, Huji 43-6 patcher, Singer 99 hand cranked, Juki DDL-553 single needle (for sale)
