Members DelNeroDesigns Posted February 8, 2008 Members Report Posted February 8, 2008 This is my first design Jan 2008. I spent the last several months of 2007 tooling up and it was my new years resolution to get into production. I have several more designs in works and hope to sell my designs and produce custom Bridles and harnesses. I am on the hunt for unique metal buckles and hardware..conchos etc... any reccomendations? Members CitizenKate Posted February 8, 2008 Members Report Posted February 8, 2008 An ornament fit for Theoden. Very cool. Kate (...and that is an extremely handsome horse, as well.) Quote
Members wildrose Posted February 8, 2008 Members Report Posted February 8, 2008 Heck with Theoden, give it to Aragorn That is a fine looking bridle though! And also a great looking horse...after years of greys, I'd be happy with a black! Quote

RocknBLeather Posted February 9, 2008 Report Posted February 9, 2008 I like to buy my conchos at conchos.com they are very reasonably priced. Love the Headstall, very unique. I think you should try to sell this to the barrel racers. How did you attatch the cross to the side peices? the picture makes it look like chain. Tina Quote

Tina Hi Tina, The chain is hand sewn to a leather strap that is riveted to the center piece. I did'nt like the idea of chain only due to the fact it would wear into the nose and possibly cause issues with the horse. I accented it with rivets. Barrel Racers..hmmm I had'nt thought about Racers..I'll have to research that market. Thanks for the tip. Quote
