Davm Report post Posted January 26, 2022 Okay, I know you are supposed to use a fine tipped brush to dye background areas but the dye can drip and destroy the work. In tight corners, etc.- have any of you used a brown felt tipped pen? Any help for such areas- keep the dye from getting where you don't want it. Some folks do use the fillable markers
DJole Report post Posted January 26, 2022 I mostly use black markers for those hard to reach corners, and I have some colored alcohol markers for edges. I could use a brush, or a resist, but a fine-tipped marker just makes the whole process easier.

Here is a marker that you can fill with your own dye to match your work, for less than $4.00. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005KJJ8FO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=
